Carre (ケアル) was formed in 2003 by MTR and NAG, self-proclaimed as the duo of industrial decay. Playing around Tokyo and Kanagawa, Carre fits right in with the industrial noise scene, producing cold dark desolate industrial-noise electronic music. Some in the Tokyo underground have described Carre's sound to be similar to Throbbing Gristle without the vocals. (hmmm, i don't know...)
